As a company policy, we do not issue refunds unless your account was terminated without cause.
If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund a prorated portion of your prepayment for services that you have paid in advance. This does not apply to services purchased as a once-off or on a month-to-month basis.
If you feel you need a refund, contact us in the client portal and we'll try our best to make things right. But bear in mind, there are no refunds once work has begun under any circumstance.
